The Christmas Fair is on Sunday 27th November 2011. That’s just 3 WEEKS AWAY! And we need YOUR help (please).

If you are a keen baker, we’d like your mince pies and/or cakes (please bring them to the office on the morning of the fair).

Now’s the perfect time to have a clear out of unwanted toys, games and books.  Bring them to the school office for the toy and book stall.

PLEASE BRING IN YOUR TOMBOLA DONATIONS!

There is a competition to see which class can bring in the most donations for the Tombola; the winning class will be awarded a great Christmas Treat during Golden Time.

Tombola prizes should be brought in to your classroom, where there is a box for your class’ collection. Tombola Prizes should be things that you would like to win and can be anything, provided it is NEW.

We are having an Adults’ Tombola and a Children’s Tombola:

Examples of prizes for the Adults’ Tombola might be: bottles of wine/alcohol, nice food, tins of biscuits/ chocolates, toiletries.

Examples of prizes for the Children’s Tombola might be: new toys (still in packaging please), books, games, art materials.

THANK YOU & GOOD LUCK TO YOUR CLASS!

(FODIS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCOUNT INAPPROPRIATE PRIZES.)

We also need people to help set up in the morning, to man stalls during the event and to tidy up afterwards.

Please email volunteer@fodis.org.uk if you are able to help.

We’ll be bringing along some mince pies, or maybe some brownie. Slightly less festive but it’s my speciality, and just as tasty.
