We can arrange to pay for this work separately.

Summer Fair - theme “Rainforest”

The current economic climate means that it may be more difficult to find sponsors for stalls/activities and donated prizes for the auction and raffle - especially from estate agents. Sponsorship has been confirmed from “Red, White, Rosé” (for the bar), “Wigwam” (for the small bouncy castle). We hope to get sponsorship from “Living at Fiveways” and “Preston Park Tavern”.

Richard to arrange alcohol licence

Caroline to talk to Tamsin about good quality food (we may need another BBQ)

Nick(and others) to contact potential sponsors

Abi to approach previous donors of raffle/auction prizes

Eloise + Deborah to arrange volunteers (via class reps)

JoD to follow up contact for poster and liaise with Ginny re: makes

All to find people to help set up gazebo, etc. on Thursday and Friday before fair
